Steve Nguyen, Ph.D., is a Leadership and Talent Development Consultant. He advises senior leaders on ways to make people and organizations more effective, and is involved in developing and implementing key initiatives, training, and programs to create and sustain a high-performing organization.
Dr. Nguyen is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Certified Practitioner, a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner. He has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, a master’s degree in counseling psychology, and a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational (I/O) psychology.
His interests include leadership development, training & development, organizational change and development, talent management, personality assessment, occupational health psychology, and industrial and organizational psychology.
