Dr. Nguyen is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified, DISC Certified Practitioner, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioner, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified. He’s also Qualified to Administer the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 (Emotional Intelligence & 360-Degree Assessments).
Dr. Nguyen has a bachelor’s in philosophy, a master’s in counseling psychology, and a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational (I/O) psychology. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Society of Psychologists in Management (SPIM). His interests include leadership development, training/learning & development, organizational development, change management, talent management, and industrial and organizational psychology.
