Dr. Nguyen is a DISC Certified Practitioner, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Certified Practitioner, a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner. He has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, a master’s degree in counseling psychology, and a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational (I/O) psychology.

The combination of a brief & simple assessment (DISC Assessment) and a prescriptive report (DISC Report) means people will have, at their fingertips, practical takeaways that they’ll be able to apply immediately.
Dr. Nguyen lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and precocious little daughter. When not chasing his half-Godzilla daughter around town, he enjoys spending his quiet time reading books and writing on his blog.
